Little Cottage Bakery was born out of my (Hi, I'm Emily by the way:) passion for baking while looking for a channel to avoid food waste. I adore trying new recipes and testing them until they are perfect, but the only downside is I do not have enough friends/family or money to maintain this hobby. After seeing some posts online about a recent micro bakery trend, I felt overwhelmed with the need to hop on. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree to become a clinical mental health counselor, and I hope this "micro" business will help support my future. Thnank you for accompanying me on this journey and I can't wait to see how you like my recipes!

Moose is a charismatic, charming young gentleman who has a knack for generating well-performing marketing content. He is a natural follower and a great assistant to Leo.

Didn't sign up for this job but is the best at making sure the job gets done on time. Also a great pup dad making sure the two other employees stay on task and out of the kitchen!
